    Replacing 2 gang light switch

Unless the wall is peculiarly shallow, you should be able to take out the existing dry lining box and replace it with a deeper one. How deep is the switch from the back of the plate?

ICE told to get the eff out

No such thing as a three point turn in a driving test. You get asked to turn the car around to face the opposite direction. If that means a five point turn, sobeit.

Junction box and outdoor festival lights

If it doesn't come from the CU, then you could put a suitable Quinetic wireless switch receiver on the end of the SWA, wiring a socket to the output. Then fix your wireless Quinetic switch inside wherever you want, assuming there are no pipes or cables in the way. If the kit won't fit in the...

ICE told to get the eff out

The story gets weird now. ICE told her to move her car. She started moving her car. Then ICE jumped in front of her car. The agent did not get run over, see link at the bottom. The agent fatally shot the driver. So, the whole incident was manufactured, set up then, wasn't it? Meanwhile...

ICE told to get the eff out

Yeah, it wasn't that though, was it? She was told to move her car. She was moving it. Then a gun appears. Flight kicked in. She panicked. She wanted to get away from from the guy with the gun. But she was very unlucky to have been approached by the agent who had been involved in a traffic...

ICE told to get the eff out

Then why didn't he stop the vehicle by shooting the tyres out? Can anyone here support Trump in doing this? The other thing I heard was that ICE delayed calling an ambulance.

ICE told to get the eff out

They must have known that was almost a given when they pulled the trigger. Except in the US, where death by shooting is very common. If they wanted to stop her driving off, they could have shot the tyres out.

Pendant Lamp holder in upstairs toilet.

Back in the days of the 14th and 15th Edition (1966-1991), the rules were to use a fitting with a Home Office skirt (a flared shade ring like the one on a batten holder) in a bathroom. Or to use an enclosed fitting. But there are no restrictions re the regulations in a room with just a toilet...

    What To Do With These?

Oh, I did a job decades ago when I was self employed, bought a couple of strings of external lamp holders for a do and bought a load of different coloured lamps for them, red, yellow, blue and green. It just happened for some reason those were the leftovers.

    Extension cables and BS1363

Although to be fair, making the multi way strips a bit wider at the top would stop the plug going in the wrong way. I'm not thinking of acts of stupidity here, but a young kiddy. And if that was made a bit wider, it would at least stop that. Personally, I think that all extension sockets...
