    I know this wasn't directed at me, but I was driving nearly 30 years and have covered hundreds of thousands of miles, many of them commercial up to 7.5t, but had to give up for medical reasons. Boy, I miss it!

    It is on the A34 near me. The signage is all over the place. They have recently changed a long standing 40 stretch to 30. There are no terminal signs where the speed limit changes, just repeaters, then further up the road you have a stretch where there are repeaters for 40 then suddenly...

    Looking for one. I had one back in the 80s, Legrand, 1984, with unsheathed live pins. Had two screws securing the cover, rather than the usual one. From memory, it was around 18mm. I think they are well obsolete now, but is there another brand that is similarly svelte?

    And it only takes moments to replace parts. More regular routine replacement of parts known to wear out should help to prevent such incidents happening in the first place.
