Yeah I did but I wasn't sure if they were also supposed to leave any paperwork on the day too. The previous model was in for 2 weeks before I noticed it was the wrong size and contacted them, and I didn't get anything, so I doubt I will this time either. I'm pretty sure on reflection anyway...

Since they had to put in a 2nd model at their own expense, I think they went for a cheaper one and just hoped I wouldn't notice. Kind of insulting to my intelligence I guess... Is it me or the installer who should notify building regs?
