    Bay Window - Tiles

Apologies if this is in the wrong section. We have a 30's semi detached. The front of the house has two bay windows and a tiled section between the two. The tiles are fine but one or two have "slipped" a few centi-metres. Any idea the best way to secure these? I've attached a...

    Upgrading to Vista from XP

I installed Vista OEM when I built my last PC. It's down to personal taste really. The recent service pack has solved a few issues but Vista is not as quick as XP IMHO. My advice, if you have XP stick with it and save yourself some money.

Does AVG Internet Security slow down computer ?

I do find that my PC runs slower when performing a virus scan. All I do is turn of the scan if I'm using the PC and schedule the scan to run overnight (when I'm downloading stuff).

what does the missus want the player for? is it the gym or for general use. can't see past ipods myself. tunebite is a good bit of kit but would recommend buying the original cds and converting the to mp3s using itunes as it's usually cheaper.

    Recently Installed Guttering

Hi, we recently had our old guttering replaced with new UPVC guttering and fascia. The company who installed it cut one of the pieces short which led to the corner of the guttering leaking. The company said that they would come and sort out the problem. They never did andf the owner is...
