Better than floorboard nails?

timber tongue and groove not sure how many repairs as just bought the bungalow. First thing that struck me when we viewed was how good the floorboards looked. We where close to sanding and varnishing. But decided to carpet instead

No just want to get an extra layer of insulation in. It's a two bedroom bungalow. Hopefully easy enough to keep cosy

Spray foam to me sounds like a potential disaster if water or condensation was to get into the other side it could be a nightmare

I heard that spraying a loft with foam can cause properties to be unmortageable although I'm not sure how much of that I believe. Is celotex a good alternative and is it expensive?

I am just wondering if I can hang a bathroom cabinet on a stud wall? Obviously by the time I put my toiletries in it it will be even heavier. I'm just wondering if it's not a good idea.

It's oil I want it to work with. Get it up to temp then if it drops under it will kick in to bring it back up to temp. I don't want it to work along with existing timer I want to wire it in so it takes over from exsisting timer

I already used my thermostat with gas boiler. The app on the phone sorts out the timer settings. I love it that's why I am hoping I can wired it into thr APT timer so my thermostat and relay take over.
