    Intermediate switch.

Sorry, I ment to delete the last part of the copied txt - Click do modular white switches (not grid type) where you choose which switch modules you want, and fit them in a frontplate. This is the type that I can't find. Anyone know where I can find these? Paul

BTW, are you on mains electricity? I once got called to a Profile during a power cut, the flame rectification wouldn't work on that when powered by a generator. Bought the b****y PCB, then got a call to say it had all gone right by itself . I am on mains but why does this make a difference...

As I was unable to get a relay, I got a reconditioned cct board from CET in Waftord. Unfortunatly it hasn't fixed the problem and the fault is the same, pilot will light but not the main burner. Still no 240v on T1 - T3, so any other ideas??? Paul

    Intermediate switch.

I think the "click modular switches" may be my best option, after looking up the "grid" system, but I can't find where to get the "click modular switches" from. Can you help please? Paul

    Intermediate switch.

Thanks. Where could I get the modular white switches from? I am not sure what you mean by " grid" type switch. Does it work like an intermediate? If MK do a 3-gang grid switch that did the job, although expensive I would get one as I only need one. Thanks. Paul

    Intermediate switch.

I am having trouble finding anything more than a 1-gang intermediate light switch. Ideally, I want a 3-gang "Chelsea" polished brass finished intermediate switch, but if I could find any 3-gang intermediate switch I may be able to work something out. Does anyone know if a 3-gang intermediate...

The relay seems very difficult to get hold of even though it is only a single pole c/over with an ac coil. Paul

I removed the relay from the cct board, as it seems to be the only moving part, carefully removed the cover so I could see which pins were connected to the coil, and found that the coil is open cct! I re-soldered the relay back into the board, powered up the boiler, manually operated the...

    Removing seized immersion.

Following on from previous thread, my immersion has now decided to give up the ghost. Problem being that the thing has probably never been out of the cylinder. I am worried about bending/tearing the tank and wondered if anyone had any tips. The thing is REALLY tight. Thanks Paul

    Potterton Netaheat 16-22

The GC no. is: 41 601 66 I have only been in this house a short while and amongst the boiler found a reciept from when the boiler was last inspected, and it quotes the electrode and wire as being replaced 13 months ago. When you look very closely through the pilot flame, you can see the...

Is it possable that the electrode is not detecting the heat from the pilot, although the end is clearly getting hot, and so the main burner won't light? Is SG1 still trying to light the already lit pilot? I won't take the main cover off the boiler, but I don't want to be billed for a...
