    I think you could try to undo the nut in the middle but you’ll have to use the old impeller as they are different sizes. It is usually the bearing gone which makes the noise. Bob

    Recharge it properly don’t leave it so long only till the water stops coming out then open nearest hot tap and recharge till water comes out then shut tap I’ve never had any trouble. Bob

    It could be the burner fan catching or in an extreme case which is unlikely it could be the fuel pump, take the panels off while it’s running and try to find where the noise is coming from. Bob

    The Dhw stat on the control panel as the heat store seemed to getting cold so it was changed I checked it and all was getting hot but customer phoned tonite and said it wasn’t working, so I’m thinking flow switch now. Bob
