You don’t have an aerial by the sound of it …check if there is a cable connected to the aerial input on the booster , it’s quite normal on new builds for the internall cables to be installed but not the tv aerial…

Probably bellbox …I would spend money on a panel that gives the information on what is creating the issues ….

Those brackets will only be any good as long as you can mount the camera at 90 degree to the viewing angle ….and only good if your mounting the camera internally ….
