Hi Nige, thanks. Nothing too fancy. Low profile shower tray, normal toilet with cistern built into the wall but not wall hung, normal vanity unit, wall and floor tiling, normal bath, towel rail. Sounds like we can go with the builder but just need to make sure his subby checks out. Scotty

Thanks for the reply. The builder does have a plumber he works with. The shop where we are going to buy the bathroom from recommends a specialist. Have heard that it's tricky to get the bathroom finish right and therefore a specialist is better.

I'm planning a substantial extension and I'm not sure whether I should get a specialist bathroom fitter to do the bathrooms or leave it to the general builder. Any suggestions? Thanks
