Have tried isolating upstairs rads inc trvs and lockshield valves to no avail only thing that happens is the chb usually shuts down sooner than it should (no flashing lights, fault lights etc). Ive hot and cold flushed it, it has had fast cleanse and also inhibitor in to no avail.

I will give a quick run down of set up then explain the problem. Terraced house, combi fitted upstairs in bedroom. 3 rads upstairs, 6 down (was four added 2) boiler approx 3-4 years old. Hot water works fine and so does the central heating upstairs. Trouble is the rads downstairs hardly...

Put one of the switches on the clock to I or 1 and this should be constant, providing your roomstats wired in correctly is should work.

Get yer wetsuit ready and cover those electrics :lol:

Get a corgi guy in, the only main problem ive had with this boiler is the fan venturi getting slightly blocked.

Anyone got a wiring diagram for the mains, clock and roomstat connections for this boiler please it would be much appreciated thanks.

Is there not a rep going to your local suppliers/merchants i know theres one goes to our local PTS.

Forgive my ignorance but how would i configure that then. Join the HW and CH returns together? Ive never heard of that set up before ie HW and CH return.

What would you recommend doing with this 3rd pipe (assuming its a combined feed/vent to fill system) tee it in just before the pump?
