Condensation In Attic! Like never before.

I have old wooden planks here that I can cut down to size. Does it matter that about 3-4 inches of felt is missing due to it rotting?

Condensation In Attic! Like never before.

I have opened up a few spots in the felt and so I will have to see how that goes. If not, it could very well be good bye to this house. I have no idea how to contact in the Cirencester area for this problem. Or even the cost of the job.. Seems like it would cost hundreds.

Nothing that looks similar. The attic does dip downwards but I cannot see down it or look down it.

Condensation In Attic! Like never before.

Never. We tumble dry it and use the vent pipe through the window. Or hang it outside. We always cook with the door open ect

Condensation In Attic! Like never before.

Hi! Basically no air vents, the felt is old.. 15 years old. They look as if there were used to be vented open but not any more. I will get pics, one second.

Condensation In Attic! Like never before.

Compared to what we had a while ago it was nothing, now the entire attic's felt is dripping wet. Not joking, it is drenched. I lately placed down a second layer of floor insulation where the water droplets first started appearing from, then I spotted that a tile was missing felt, so I used the...

    Radiator valve broken.

Hi there! I know this sounds ridiculous but I cannot turn it. There isn't enough grip on the spindle to turn it, as it's partially broken. However! The other valve (I assume it's the thermostatic valve?) that turns as if I was turning down the rad. But the one on the other side wont turn...

    Radiator valve broken.

Update ~~~ I bled the radiator and the water was perfectly clear. Not a drop of brown or black mucky water insight! I turned on the heating and the pipe to the left was heating up, then cooling down.

little to no heat in rads,,, getting desperate

Try to balance the water system, some radiators might be 'stealing' the hot water.

    Radiator valve broken.

Trying to rescale the pictures. They were too big. And that is the side that has broken, and nothing has happen yet.

    Radiator valve broken.

It's not good but it's decent to show the top snapped. Then this is when I remove the 'Square' bit. http://i.imgur.com/UME5tbb.jpg http://i.imgur.com/t10TPUw.jpg

    Radiator valve broken.

The bit underneath where I have marked black? That just unscrews and comes out.

    Radiator valve broken.

This has what has snapped off. It snapped off in the OFF position so it is impossible to turn.

    Radiator valve broken.

The valve itself was turned off before the decorators came in, and they tried to turn it back on for me.. But unfortunately they snapped the top of the valve so it's permanently off, that's my guess anyway. The heaters are boiling inside and it's the only one cold. We bled it a few times...

    Radiator valve broken.

It's about the size of a pen. Decent sized one too. I'd say maybe a 10mm, but it's a hard bet.
