Does either comply ? Are the mcbs correct size for the appliance if the cable was changed to correct size

Are the cables 25mm Do they size them by overall circumference for measuring ?

Right here we go this is setup I unscrewed top switches there are 2 2.5mm cables in and 2 out I unscrewed bottom blank plates under worktop /hob There are 2 2.5 mm cables in And then a much bigger white cable out of each 1 to hob 1 to cooker Never seen this setup before ...

The electrician will be installing the new board 2.5 meters away from meter So 25 mm double insulated cable should be fine ?

There is no immersion in house as combi boiler So the breakers are the right size but just the size of cable to hob needs upgrading ? Have checked breakers nothing else in house goes off so both wired as rings

So is the cable in isolation switch both sides 25 mm to consumer unit ?

Is it normal to have 2 different size cables on your meter to isolation switch and then to consumer unit ? See below
