thanks for the replys. its a texecom 48, there is a pir in the room. but my thoughts were advanced warning ie with the shock / shocks. would 2 wired shocks be possible in series on the same zone?

Ah right. I've got an elite 48. Did a few calcs on the texecom site . And will need 2 x battery when I add 8 x m12 detectors and 1 x 8xp . Ivd been reading the large capacity batterys are garbage so 2 x is a better option.. Cheers mark
