I'd just run some low voltage cable between the fence and add some lights on the wooden section. Way easier than messing with the blockwork but maybe not the look you intended

Or measure and cut one and then use the cut piece as a guide for all the others...
Not sure how it's wired but I have floodlights that work off the pir when the switch is off and then are always on when the switch is on. It's just a standard pir used on the external wall.
Can't see where it's tile on tile? They are directly onto board.
The small squares will be the pattern of the underside of the laid tiles and within the adhesive

I have a soil pipe that enters through a flat roof. Rain water is getting through the hole where the pipe enters and into the internal boxing in.
Is there a way to fix a collar on without removing any of the pipework or can I fix with blackjack paint or similarroof . The rainwater runs off...
Bracket is probably specced for an older style tv which are much heavier so all good for the weight
I'd move the bracket and plugs down down personally as you should be able to find the joists and noggin easy enough to accept screws
