    I've had similar. I used a sucker to attach to the tile and then was able to pull forwards Don't think yours are smooth enough to do that but could try and insert a tent peg/hook through the gap and twist/pull Mine were hold on with a few small blobs of silicone

    If you look at the lip of the shower tray as you walk in and then the lip at the back near the plug that will show the inbuilt fall. If you have a longer level you will see how far out the outer edge is but as said above if it was miles off the screen wouldn't fit and hopefully you'll just get...

    Does the concrete fall away from the house currently? If the concrete is in good condition you can lay 10mm porcelain with external tile adhesive so total height approx 15mm-20mm

    Can't you use the manufactured edge at the front and cut the back? Or if just using normal mdf the sheds will cut strips for you

    I've just completed the shell of a 7x4m extension and total cost so far is 11k Thats everything to get it watertight before the insulation / electrics go in I've done everything myself though.

    From your level on the outside lip it's probably about an extra centimeter off level across the length which exaggerates it

    The tray should be level around the outside lip. There is a built in slope towards the drain internally but shouldn't be that noticeable. Install looks fine
