The item is just a protector to stop the door hitting the wall. It won't close the door.
Search for door closers and then add something to keep the door slightly open
Or you could try and fit a catflap in the door
I rent several properties and would never use anyone to find a tenant or manage the property.
Take a look at openrent. I use them to advertise the property and set up the contract. For about £60 it's all done for you and you can also do credit checks through the site. Once you have approved a...
I heated a timber garden office with just a portable oil filled radiator. It was nowhere near as well insulated as your specs. Takes a while to warm the space but if you know someone is coming you can heat it in advance

Next winter leave the tap outside open and switch off via the isolator
Did you use a new sim from EE and has your number ported yet?

Try and turn off facetime / imessage / screentime within settings and then remove/reinsert the sim.
Are you sure there is no obstruction to the door or the arms? Mine does the same sometimes even if there is a bit of gravel in front of the door or a strong wind blowing towards the door.

My rear brake light above the rear window is not working. All other brake lights work.
Also, my brake pad sensor is faulty and showing a warning light. Pads are good though
Will these result in an MOT failure?
Thanks for any help!
