    Pillar tap dismantle

Sorry I lied, all the spares sites are coming up as a discontinued spare! You could try contacting Deva on 0800 195 1602 to see if their tech department can help with stock or a suitable replacement. Jon

Not a problem, fore warned is fore armed. As you can see there are many different types hence the reason to remove it and match it at the merchants. Make sure the spline count is right too. The merchant should have a tool that will slip over the spline and give the correct measurement. Jon

My Regin pump has the in built N/O2 4 stage blending valve fitted so I leave the mixture control to that. It's calibrated every 3 months to achieve the optimum blend. I had to have a special canister attachment made to allow an extra bottle to be fitted. This introduces a dab of Ar and CO. I...

I've found that they perform better if you remove the factory precharge of air and replace it with a premix of nitrogen and oxygen at roughly a 4:1 ratio. Obviously it cost the customer a little more but the long term benefits easily out weigh the initial cost. Jon

    Pillar tap dismantle

Hi Nick I just had a quick search and they look very similar to these from Victoria Plumb. If you read the first review it states that the caps on the top unscrew on these so chances are yours will too. Hope this helps Jon https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/ultra-series-2-basin-taps-chrome-fj311

    Snapped copper monobloc tap tail

If you can remove the copper stab or straighten it out you may be able to get a monobloc socket onto it. Maybe even use the socket to help straighten out the copper. It will be a right pain in the ass and I doubt it will be worth the trouble. Jon

Those top thin discs will come off. Below will be a screw. They will either pop off, use a stanley blade or thin screwdriver at the rear or they may have a short thread and actually be screwed in. A set of grips wrapped in tape to prevent scratching will be needed. Jon
