Lowest priced one is from Screwfix.
To cutout and fix on the missing part? I'd say £70-£95.00 including plastic strip and silicone, depending on who you can find near you, preferably locally.
Solutions.
1: have a local joiner/handyman cut a plastic piece and silicone glue it in the place, making sure it's all sealed using waterproof shower silicone.
2: If it's just cheaper to buy a new one from B&Q and have it installed by a competent fitter.
Excellent. Now it makes sense.
Two things. An inside part that appears to missing that is causing the water from inside to travel outside and into the wall causing the damage.
The outer silicone seal that you are pointing to? That is only directing the water into the wall and not onto the...
Question...
In the right side of the picture, the corner where the door frame meets the brown tiles, what is the silicone seal looking like?
You have three weak point.
That area from top to bottom.
Horizontal from that bottom point running along the base where the door touches.

As above minus the emphasis on arse kicking?! ;)
Companies know what powers a customer has, just be 'Clint Eastwood' about it, and keep your guns in your holster, and your voice and eyes low? ;)
Keter shed? I'd still suggest the same ideas, just the base is always a forgotten part of the shed, that is not given it's due attention.
Sealing it's perimeter is still ideal, and raising it off the ground too.
Some ideas....
Damaged float by the sounds of it, or water inlet valve.
Fixable, girl sure, but would you wanna spend money on it, when you Gould spend it on designer taps, during the renewal ? ;)
Simply book an appointment with you local CAB (citizen advice bureau) and take your receipt with you.
You need to get you money back at the least. Speedy refunds are normally given but in your case, it sounds fishy? :/
Without a doubt if your shed is going on top of grass; placing plywood on the grass over 3x2s is a short term solution, if you chose that let's say; water builds in the frame, and before you know it you've got mushrooms growing inside the 'Petri dish' shed.
It all depends on the floor space...
Ideally place a a4 printout in each room in the corner, with the specific rooms work needed, ready to be ticked on completion, and like squeaky says, it's a huge load off your mind.
Do add some pictures, as work gets underway.... :)
Mr Greeno! *manly pat on the back* congratulations, :) haha
Ideally I would say, outside inwards? Check to find where rain gets in; damp patches round windows etc
Once your protected from the elements, start with the work that you won't see after it's all painted and carpeted; look for damp...
As seen in the picture, a weed guard underneath, and fill with a stones to your liking.
I can't see why fine bark chipping can't be used, as long as it's dried before hand; you don't want the smell of wet bark every time you open the doors, :/
Ok, so far all searches are coming up in NY, Wisconsin etc.
I did find one, and they most likely will have contacts in their 'phone book' for UK companies who do Wire Guards. There link....
