Have just fitted new conservatory and would like smooth finish on what was the exterior wall. The wall in question is brick which has been painted. The wall and paintwork are both in good sound condition is it possible to plaster over this.

No thats just wishfull thinking.

Planning to build another extension to side of it. Worried this may affect its stability. Also worried what planning office will say.

Looks like its got apron.

No building control or planning permision.

Has been built at least 15 years, maybe longer. Has a few hairline cracks to exterior.

I have a single story extension at rear of my bungalow. The floor level is about 2 ft above garden level. However this 2 ft of foundation goes only about 6 inch below garden level. Extension is about 20 years old . Is this acceptable. Open link below for photo.

They cannot touch you after 24 months. Sorry dont understand, what can't or wont they do after 24 months. PS Thanks for link, very helpfull.
