    on most machines i've seen (i sell them for a living!) you simply pull the tray out, till it stops and then pull it more, it'll pull out then, sometimes takes a bit of force but usually does it.

    One of the guys at work has one of these and he's found it to be great, they also have a 2yr warranty. Being LG though, i'd guess that spares are expensive, suppose breezer would know better though!

    The one we've got you have to put ice blocks in, it works though and, literally, all it consists of is a plastic box, a hole for the pipe, two ice blocks and a few air holes in the top. Suprisingly good though, although, i don't know if it matters that we've only got one of those compact...

    you know what i mean, it's heated, in the fact that it's not freezing. it's about 8oC in there i think, but, with the weather as it is, i'll wait until there's a nice day! Cheers for all your help.

    I'm not too sure whether it's sealed or not, not had a proper look but i can see a few screws around the casing! It's annoying, this cost over £300 about 3yrs ago and has barely had any use. Grrr. Cheers anyway.
