    multi fuel stove

It's not essential but could improve the efficiency of the burner. You'll need to get the chimney swept and checked. You'll also need to think about leaving a access point so you can get it swept in the future. You can mix what you putting on i.e coal and wood but it's always best to check...

Leak from toilet pan to waste

You might want to also check the current pan connector is correctly fitted, and hasn't just been forced on willy nilly causing the seal not to work.

Leak from toilet pan to waste

Silicon seal would be fine, you may need to to use one that will work on wet surfaces as you may struggle to get it completely dry.

    Exterior insulation

The rear part of my house which holds the kitchen and downstairs bathroom is of a single brick construction (house post 1900). I heard it's possible to thermal board the exterior then render over but I've been struggling to find info and a supplier of these boards. If anyone has any pointers on...

    Smelly dishwasher drainage tube

They also clean the drainage pipe too as a dishwasher cycles water thru as its cleaning and doesn't just fill like a washing machine, think oust do ones for both dishwasher and washing machine. If you could access the waste for the washing machine you could pour a sink cleaning product directly...

    Garage Refurb...

You could just paint straight over the concrete, best just to check the guidelines on the paint. Normally it just needs to be clean and free from dust, did my sisters garage with the paint you linked too, been three years with no problems did take almost a week to dry in some places.

    Smelly dishwasher drainage tube

Most dishwasher tablet manufacturers make a dishwasher cleaner, they will normally remove most debris and smell etc.

    Garage Refurb...

I'd just do a test patch to check adhesion etc. Think you'd struggle to remove all traces of the oil.

Amount of ventilation space needed behind a built-in oven?

It looks like that is the suggested minimum, the backs and sides of most of these cookers aren't flat and have areas where air can flow up and around from below and above. You just want to make sure it isn't completely boxed in.

Amount of ventilation space needed behind a built-in oven?

Built in ovens are generally made to fit it housing that's 580mm deep (standard base unit), I would guess that's as standard so I cant see any reason why it would be a problem. You could contact here and check as they do all types of built in appliances...

    Cutting a wooden bath panel

If you circular saw is in good condition and your using a guide it should only chip bits off the top side, thus cutting it with the good side facing down (wood effect side down, chipboard up) should give you a nice straight un-chipped edge, I normally cut it almost to the end then finish it off...

What colour walls for a navy settee?

Normally the manufacturer will put a sample tag of the material the settee is made out of somewhere, possibly under one of the cushions. There is on my sofa, came in handy to test cleaning products on.

    WORKTOP DISASTER

Laminate doesn't mix well with bleach unfortunately, and in this case the stain will be permanent. Is it pure black the worktop? or one of these granite affect types? I haven't come across anything that could recolour just a section. And other than placing an object to cover it I think the...
