Well Im purchasing some chrome switches and the manufacturer makes them in cast and plate metal. I think theres a difference of £4 between the two, but when your buying loads it soon mounts up! Does that make more sense?
It can do cool white but not the warm white unfortunately! One company are saying bubble leds 1w are quite effective but not sure if the bubble looks as good as the flush ones.
Yes Ive found a kit that scrolls through from slow, medium or fast setting and you can set it to colour of yr choice. Its 50 notes. But thinkin about it the warm white would look better im thinking.
Im having leds put into the skirting board to highlight some of the stairs. What do you guys think about colour changing ones are bit tacky compared with warm white?
Im having squarish light fittings and was considering square 'invisible' downlights to match. Does anyone have square or are they a bit of a no no and best to keep standard with the circular ones?
I need a new fuseboard. I was aiming to go for an MK but the stockists are saying a company called BG are just as good as the BG ones. Has anyone an opinion on any of the best fusebox?
4 Panel oak doors for £200. Too good to be true? Does anyone buy solid doors anymore or are engineered definately the way to go? I guess the solid oak arent as bland as the engineered veneered ones?
Im havin downlights & pendants fitted in varios rooms in my house. Is it worth looking into RAKO systems, WISE contros etc or a bit OTT? I know it doesn't work out cheap once you add all the controllers/receivers up!
Cheers in anticipation.
