Honeywell V4073A Valve and 3 way port

When I put my hand over the pump I can feel the water flowing underneath. The water between it and the T valve is boiling. In the following picture the water at the green arrow (below the T) is scalding, At the red arrows (to the left and right of the T and where the T is marked 'A' and...

Honeywell V4073A Valve and 3 way port

Yes, I can feel it hot and I've loosened the nuts connecting to the tank to ensure there's no air-lock. Water comes out.

Honeywell V4073A Valve and 3 way port

I have the Honeywell set up on the T shaped 3 way valve. Recently started the central heating and it didn't work. Hot water had been working OK up until then but that stopped too. Very hot water was leaving the boiler and getting to the pump in the airing cupboard but not getting very far...

    Toilet blockage?

A good idea and I'll try it. A thought. I built some decking at the back of the house a couple of years ago and seem to remember building it over a manhole cover (cement one by the back door). How likely is it that this cloakroom toilet (at the front of the house) feeds into the manhole...

    Toilet blockage?

The first one I tried was a massively heavy cast iron, 4 inches deep bugger. Eventually got it off to find it's the wrong one. Tried another (concrete) one nearer the house - easier but still not the right one. Wife flushed toilet and nothing came along the pipe. Will try a third but...

    Toilet blockage?

Thanks for the reply. I tried that but couldn't shift the lid! What's the best tool (DIY type from my garage) to lift it?

    Toilet blockage?

My toilet (recently replaced), when the flush button is pressed, will fill with water and the water level in the bowl rises with the level then dropping slowly and the 'contents' not disappearing effectively (quite nicely put I thought). How can I tell what is the problem (seems to be a...

Replacing timber barge boards / fascia boards

Thank you sir. Just been to Jewson and, as you said, that's exactly what I got. Previous merchant only had 6 or 8 inch and my sawing is not so straight!
