I’m not living there at the moment but don’t have a problem with leaving windows open a little. So there’s no need for heating as long as there’s ventilation? Thanks

It’s hard for me to control the heating as I’m not living in the house, and don’t want it to cause cracking. I guess it’s a matter of heating and ventilating at the same time?

The survey did state he cannot see any signs of water ingress or rot etc. He also said the exterior condition of the tiles looked good too. He just noted some daylight and torching coming away. I'm hoping he said what he said to just cover his own back more than it actually needing a roof. As...
