thanks for your reply, however, i did say that it doesnt get as hot as it used to (we have always used the half heat and it used to dry the clothes easily)

Having a heat problem with this dryer half heat is not as hot as it used to be, its more luke warm (High heat works fine) Is this going to be heating element or thermostat? Thanks in advance

Ok, had an engineer from Triton out today and he has replaced the whole cartridge, lets see if that fixes it, ill keep you posted

i also have this problem with the same shower, had service call once (its got a 5 yr warranty) and he said a part inside had been installed wrong and corrected it, but still have same prob, service guy is coming again this week but if any of you guys can help i would be grateful for any other...

the prob got worse and now we have no heat either until new year :( new boiler, oh and shower as exisiting one is gravity fed and new system wont be anyway thanks for advice and merry christmas to all :)
