    Not sure how much the SilverLine 10.8V 1.3ah batteries are down or not, but they still seems charging OK, and are powerful as they were 2014. I have 3x batteries for them (1x bought as spare - no not the book, but the battery) :D

    Yeah compresssion fittings or PTE tape would work well enough. But it just shows you that the stuff can work too.

    I watched another youtube video - the presenter was mixing Silicon with Petrol, and then adding and mixing either Cement or Plaster onto it to make gluey paste doing the similar thing.

    It seems possible buying cheaper paraffin (low quality £1.20 per litre ) and burn in the diesel heaters or used engine oil for nothing if able to source it.

    Diesel seems still cheaper. Yes I would reckon it would be cleaner burning than paraffin too.

    If paraffin is cheaper than diesel, it would be good substitute. I cannot mind how much they are now. Last time when I bought a bottle of paraffin from B&Q, I am sure it was about £8 per a 4L can. So it canot be cheaper than diesel I guess. Maybe similar. It must have gone up by now I guess...
