I currently have a Dewalt cordless drill and a Bosch wired jigsaw but I'm getting drawn to this Ryobi One kit, one battery many tools. The prices look quite good too. What's people's thoughts on Ryobi, any experiences of the kits? Thanks!!

You'll need a Gas Safe registered engineer but sounds like your getting back feed from the room stat at the PCB. A resistor at the PCB terminals should sort it.

Visonic Powermax I mean. I ignored this alarm as in the boiler world there's probably not one boiler I dislike more than the Powermax haha.

This is going past digging a channel in my opinion. Gas work needs qualified engineers who know where to best run pipes in accordance with current regulations. Just get a pro in. It's obvious (and no disrespect) your not sure what your doing.

With the powermax alarm can you get a smaller keypad so I can hide the main unit away? Done more research and this one seams easier to install.
