    Thanks all. It needs a clean down first - it has decided to grow a little mould where it has been in the garage plus it wasnt completely clean in the first place. Whats the best way? I dont want to soak it with water but would a damp cloth and cleaning fluid be any good to get me started?

    On a recent trip to the local hardware shop I had a look in the bargain bin and found...... Size 16, 18 and 20 SDS Plus drill bits for £2.50 each!!! I was pretty happy with that. The size 20 bit is about a foot long!!!!!!!!!

    Yes, thats what we used to have. A good few heavy blocks will hold it down, the more the better.

    After experiencing both a greenhouse on soil and on slabs I can recommend slabs. There were so many roots coming through when it was just soil that all of the water you put on the plants was sucked up by the invading roots. I only grow tomatoes and growbags are ideal anyway.

    I did the whole of my greenhouse roof with this for safety due to living near a football pitch. The twinwall tape sealed the ends nicely, but when it snowed over winter it ended up pulling all of the tape off the end near the bottom. As the snow slid down it has obviously pulled it all off...
