    I can receive notifications via email no problem but the notifications via the app have stopped working-how do I restore them? I've done the basics and ensured that I have notifications ticked on the app and my phone hasn't blocked them.

    Is there any way to remove the insistence when disarming by a user who has a tag the use of the tag and to use their number instead? It gets really annoying especially if I'm with the wife and only one of us has keys/the tag with us and you're unloading the car etc.

    Hello I've had the Texecom connect system installed for some time. I used to get push notifications via the app but it has stopped. I can get email notifications and have checked that I have the option for notifications turned on but no joy. Any ideas?

    There is a little rubber gromit in-between the shade and the stem so it wont be all connected. What if I soldered an earth crimp on the inside of the base would that do the job?

    I will be replacing the lampholder and the wire, additionally wiring in an in line switch. Access can be gained from underneath and the construction is brass.

    Thanks for that- the wire will run straight from the lampholder down through the body of the lamp and out to an inline switch, so there won't be any break. Presumably this will be adequate when earthed on the lampholder then?
