Thanks for speedy reply had servo control valve off today and all control lines into it off and cleaned not much black s##t came out.Also found that if switch boiler off on red green switches then back on the CH would kick off if had 240v on pin 4 otherwise it would sit there doing nothing!

Can some give me a little advice I have above boiler that is not giving me Ch when requested off controller But have 240v on pin 4 on PCB but fan does not come on.However if DHW is on and the request for CH is on the CH will come on OK Also when DHW is requested the system pressure on front...

Sorry have not not replied sooner computer probs!!! The boiler had no dhw removed servo control valve cleaned this out and also checked diaphragm on diverter valve below this (i think that's what is it signals to the black cam that hot water is needed)This was ok however did adjust pin height...

Hi just like to thank every one over the last couple of years with the help they have given me on various posts on problems with above boiler .No dhw on demand !!However was wondering if any vaillant engineers in the wirral area as I have not got the time to spend trying to fixing the boiler...
