Hi just like to thank every one over the last couple of years with the help they have given me on various posts on problems with above boiler .No dhw on demand !!However was wondering if any vaillant engineers in the wirral area as I have not got the time to spend trying to fixing the boiler now myself but do not want person who does not fully understand how the boiler works! Sorry if that sounds rude or offends anyone!!!

What exactly is the problem with the boiler?
Sorry have not not replied sooner computer probs!!! The boiler had no dhw removed servo control valve cleaned this out and also checked diaphragm on diverter valve below this (i think that's what is it signals to the black cam that hot water is needed)This was ok however did adjust pin height 1mm put it all back together ran ok for a dozen times when finally bled air out of system(what is the best technique for this?auto valve does not work!!)Then ch only working intermittently.think possibly i have compressed control line that comes off exit of main radiator pump to back of servo control valve would this give me this problem??Any way got spare control line to try just not got the time to fit it hence need to find competent fitter.
