No I'm not, PD forestry and agri builds are exempt from building regs. Non PD forestry and agri builds are often not. I assumed people would have known that, or not cared.

That's the preffered option but the site is very unlevel (is that a word?) and getting a digger and materials to it is a big issue :( I was thinking about posts as a temporary and quick fix, then replacing them in situ at a later date.

Not sure what you mean. There are rules in that you can't wander around someone elses property taking game, rabbits, woodies, deer etc without permission, and rules about how you can do it and when you can do it. But thats all. Nothing to stop you really, just need permission somewhere...

This sounds daft but search for digger hire on fleabay, it will give you an idea. Many of them are just a bloke with a digger though.

No ideas. But I replaced 5 x 30 watt normal bulbs with 5 x 7 watt low energy one tonight and the dimmer started buzzing away. Had to go back to normal lightbulbs. If you have a low energy one maybe dimmers need more current to work? I might be talking rubbish.
