Bosch maxx 5 WAA24162GB - not taking softner

Hi, I have this machine http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/444359/BOSCH-WAA24162GB and it has stopped taking softner from the drawer - I'm guessing it might just be blocked up but I've lost the manual & can't even get the drawer section out to clean in - it seems to be blocked by a...

    Memory Stick

I use a flash drive for backups, it doesn't really bother me that it may fail because it's a backup so to loose the data my HDD in my PC would have to fail as well as my memory stick at the same time. they are a very cheap backup solution now that you can get 16gb ones for £15 (slow ones but...

transferring data from old pc etc. (microsoft to mac)

I'm not so good with mac's but you should be able to use a USB memory stick to copy files from one to the other. How much data are we talking about? A 2gb memory stick is less than a fiver these days & 4gb is just under a tenna. As for disposing of the old computer it's only the HDD (Hard...

Hi, I have a 307 SW and the ESP warning light stayed on the other day so I turned the engine off and back on again and it went away but on the way to work this morning it flickered on and off for a few seconds just after the start of my journey. Apparently it's a Electronic Stability...

    Xbox and rechargeable batteries

I use a play and charge kit these days too but used normal rechargables for about 6 months before I got one. They are fine for 1 player because when they run out it pauses and you can just replace them but if your playing on xbox live the play & charge kit is very good.

    Keyboard not working.

if it's the ps2 type connection (round one) then assuming you have a usb port just try a usb keyboard instead. strange that it's working in DOS though and not xp points more to software instead of hardware but sticking a usb keyboard in might dodge the problem pretty much cost free. (apart...
