    with respect, it could be your driving. if you try and drive economical and very low revs, you may infact be driving it badly and the engine needs more revs. if your revs are say 500rpm, when you depress the clutch, the engine increases revs to bring up to idle and the car launches forward...

    No, the pipe from the heater outlet side of the 3 port goes straight in to the middle of the cylinder with no bleed valve. I did wonder if I could fit one of those automatic bleed valves and also wondered if I could, where it should go.... guess you might have just answered that.
