Even better, I was under the impression if i fill the garage drain that i may end up blocking the toilet side as they are shared. So if i block the basin drain side within the garage by pouring concrete in, it wont interfere with the toilet drain side even though it is shared?

The wc pan i believe is clay, how would you recommend I remove this without damaging the clay pipe below? I also would prefer to move the pan closer to the wall, rather than how it is currently, will this be easy to do or involve a lot of digging? Pic attached...

I'll be fitting new trvs and plastic pipework, but it has been mentioned if the flow and return is wrong for argument sake it shouldn't be an issue as the trvs are bi directional
