UPDATE: The Heating engineer has been to my daughter's flat this week to see what needs doing. He was pushing a certain boiler brand, which we told him in no uncertain terms we didn't want. He's agreed to fit the Intergas instead. Can you guess which boiler he was pushing, Dan or anyone else...

Thanks for your reply and video suggestion. Tested the pump with meter, and it came out as 164 ohms. Not sure if that is good or bad. Capacitor looks fine,. but as said in video, that's not always a good indicator of whether it works or not.
