No sorry I only meant if there was a roof leak when taking legal action. Fron the diagram it would appear that there are meant to be roof vents above the water tanks, which there isn't on my house. Do I need to get these installed?

Mmm, should I takle the board down and then reboard then? I presume I can screw the board directly into the joists? do I need to leave a gap where it meets the wall? Got a feeling this is going to cost a fortune!
