Sorry but you can't add a hot water tank to a combi boiler -like as what you as! Yours is an instantanious water heater - boiler comes on when you turns the water tap You as a nice boiler there!

AS stated these are superbly built the only thing that mostly goes is the rubbers. I would view the information that you have been given as dubious to say the least. The hot water heat exchanger sometimes needs replacing to a modern sardine can type - a half hour job. The quote for a replacement...

Perhaps the instrument you are using is not accurate in measuring the pressure (Car tyre pump?) I use a car pump but check the pressure with a somewhat better quality guage. Certainly around 1 bar is the pressure to aim for or slightly less. Try another half a bar - its will have to be try it...

Impossible to say. Obviously it would be preferable to have the pipe to the gas cooker in 22mm (3/4") pipe and from there in 15mm. One would have to monitor the position with the cooker on full and likewise the Boiler

Easiest would be air - check out the auto air vent. Making sure you have at least 1 bar pressure in system
