Water level is ok, but pipes are not getting hot

The above car's heater has stopping working, its only blowing cold air. The fan speed selector switch is working as it does change the speed, but only cold air. Any ideas please?

The 15A fuse for the above keeps blowing when the remote keyfob is pressed to lock or unlock the doors. Where is the unit that controls this situated? I haven't got any manuals for the car Thanks

I recently had to cover a broken UPVC framed window. I used normal selotape to hold the cardboard to the frame. However upon removal the tape has left a greyish stain on the frame. Any ideas on how to remove it, have already tried usual UPVC cleaners but still no good
