    agitator not working

You might want to check the 4 agitator clutch dogs that are under the top part of the agitator. Usually, if you take off the cap you should see a bolt holding the agitator down. Remove the bolt and flip the assembly over.

GE dishwasher - will not fill or drain

Sounds like two different problems. For the no fill, you can check the water valve to make sure you're getting power to it. If you are, and no water, you can check to see if the filter screen in the valve is clogged otherwise, you will need a new water valve. For the no drain, you'll have to...

    kenmore heavy duty 80 series

It sounds like your fill valve will not close properly once it opens up. You'll have to replace it. This is not difficult to do and a common repair. I will even guess thats it's the cold water side giving you this problem.

    Frigidaire dishwasher won't start

You could start by checking the normal stuff. Make sure your float switch is working properly and make sure you have the proper voltage coming into the dishwasher, check the connection at the junction box at the bottom.

    Kenmore washer

When you say you have checked he hoses, I am assuming you have checked the filter screens inside the valves? If so, start the washer and check for voltage at the fill valve cold side. If you have 120 volts at the cold side valve you have a bad valve.

Hotpoint Dishwasher HDA180X-66WW clicks off/won't drain

After the cycle does the dishwasher drain out ok? If so, dirty dishes could be attributed to not getting the proper water fill when the cycle starts or the water not being hot enough. The level of the water should be just under the heating element when its done filling and the water...

    Kenmore dishwasher won\\\'t drain

Did you unscrew the check valve and the end of the drain hose where it mounts to the pump? Your particular washer does have that installed and it can get clogged up with food particles. You just have to unscrew it and clean it out.

Try following the drain hose from the drain it empties into to the pump on the dishwasher and check that for blockages. Take it off right at the pump first and you may find your problem right there.

I would call the the place you bought them from. If you go too deep into repairing this yourself you might void any warranty you have.

    Whirlpool GU1200XTLSO stops mid-cycle

I have read where, in your case, it was either the control board or the console assembly causing this problem. I believe there was a service bulliten on this very problem. Since the control board was changed, my hunch would be the console assembly. Maybe someone else can provide more details.

    Pump??GE Profile

Good job finding the sock! I am not sure what model you have. I am guessing you have an electric pump as opposed to a belt driven one attached to the motor. If you see wires going to the pump, I would turn the timer to where it's supposed to drain, pull the electrical plug from the pump and...

    Pump??GE Profile

Your pump might not be shot. It may just be clogged with a piece of clothing or the hose itself. See if you can spin the pump to see if its jammed. If it moves freely I would check out the hoses for blockage providing they are not kinked somewhere.

Older Kenmore: water pushes out drain while agitating

It sounds like the water is siphon right out of the drain. If this is the case check the end of the hose where it goes into the drain line it has to be a loose fit so air can get through. Also the drain can't be any lower than the washer or it will just siphon out.
