Also.. how tricky is it to slacken the rod ends as iv'e seen garages use heat to get the securing nut loose, and also how tight to do it up again.. not wanting the track rod end falling off while driving etc.. lol

    actually I reckon it's the employers pressing the govt. Employers prefer skilled/willing labour.. wherever it comes from.. why train unemployed brits(black or white or any other) when they can import them pre-trained/willing to take very low wages and 0 hour contracts.
