Honeywell G20 - keypad making loud tone!

Are keypad diags showing 100% in menu 61.1.2 ? It sounds like bus traffic corruption, but not enough to cause the keypad to drop and cause a tamper. Either that or the keypad has an issue and will need replacing. Do you have a speaker connected to the panel and did it sound?

Honeywell Galaxy G2 Wireless PIR Problem

The alarm should be detecting the zone state. Be careful with wireless, as the zone will not keep opening and closing with every movement. To conserve battery power, the PIR will back off and only report again after a quiet period. So if you're testing, close the tamper, then get someone to...

Honeywell Galaxy Dimension - PRT ENTRY in log during unset

Is the prt entry zone on the route to the keypad? It acts as an exit zone in day mode, and it looks like the panel is logging it's activation as part of the entry route which is normal. Your log above doesn't look complete, as there should be a + and - showing the zone activation and...

    Galaxy flex GX remote app

For the Honeywell reporting, you need to set the protocol as SIA and the port that they tell you. If you use SelfMon reporting, the protocol should be set to Microtech. Some of the older Ethernet modules are problematic and give com errors. The latest module V4.16 doesn't suffer from these...
