That’s what I assumed . Come to think of it I topped up with x100 last year after draining the undefloor heating with no ill affect . Have you used x400 ok In a system with mystery chemicals ?

Hi all . Had magnaclean installed and guy topped up with adey inhibitor . This will have mixed with the x100 that was in the system prior as it wasn’t all drained . Have read mixed things about this . Also I have some x400 I want to run through the systems and then flush etc . Has anyone mixed...

Yeah that’s what I thought and obv want to avoid ! May I ask your view on where to install the magna clean ? I know it goes on the return to boiler but instructions say before the filling loop . Some have said it doesn’t matter ? Cheers

Please someone help a newbie . I’m fitting a magnaclean and the Pipes are too close to the walk to use a pipe slice . Obv I can cut it with a hacksaw etc but will the copper filings cause issues running round the system ? Or what’s the easiest way to flush them out ? I guess I could chip the...

Took the back of the freezer compartment out . Not a spot of ice and Fan spins feely by hand
