    well this is it, at supposedly 4 ltr/min, the return was 50. and it takes much longert than it usually did to come back hot.

    could it be air in the loops? although i have tried to purge the system twice now using mains water from a hose via the filling loop/drain on the manifold.

    as an update to the above, had someone in, pump seems fine, supply water was really hot, 80 degrees? even tho the flow gauge on the loop was turned up to 4 lt/min , the return water too much longer than usual to come back hot. even with the blending valve right up it was only returning 50...

    could the blending valve be faulty? i have read people taking them off and cleaning etc. how is this done?

    the blending valve is set to 45/50 as previously mentioned. there is a thermometer in the supply to the manifold pipe as well as the return pipe on the manifold. the supply thermometer reads 70 and the return can be reading 40 degrees sometimes
