    Oh boy! now I have to worry about rats too lol. Will get hubby on the ladder to cover the stink pipe... looks like that could be the most likely way the worms are getting in. Thanks Guys.

    The few people we have mentioned it to say....." it won't be a cracked pipe underground"? and worms can't crawl all that way up. Oh I don't know, it just makes me quiver when I go for a pee and see a worm wiggling it's butt at me .

    John I checked that early this morning... couldn't see a thing, but I still tipped half a bottle of domestos in it lol. OOPs forgot... the gutters have mesh over them... Irish travelers....( cowboys) replaced neighbours gutters a couple of years ago, they didn't use a line so they don't meet...

    Oh no children here... both grown up and left. We do have grandkids, but they are babies and the worms appeared in the middle of the night... grandkids are miles away in their own homes. Now I'm getting really worried :-(

    I have seen worms in the toilet pan several times over the past couple of years. I used to think they just crawled up the pipework...( is that possible ?) Now I'm beginning to wonder if there is a crack in the pipe underground and that where they are coming from. Or could it be birds...
