    Ceramic hob cable size

Is it a rewireable fuse? Are you sure it is 4mm². That would be most unusual.

    Electric Toothbrush (Philips Sonicare)

You could have a usb socket but not on a normal electrical socket (in a usual sized UK bathroom). You seem to have bought something unsuitable for your needs.

    Oven and hob wiring

It won't draw that much when all the elements are cycling off and on (more off than on). The formula we use to calculate the diversity is - 10000 / 240 = 41.66A (the 6mm² can handle that anyway) 41.66 - 10 = 31.66 x 0,3 = 9.5 + 10 = 19.5A. The circuit could handle 20kW.

    Oven and hob wiring

A 'cooker' includes a hob and an oven. That's why the circuit is called a 'cooker circuit'.

    Are these C2s or C3s

Who wrote that? ...nor written by anyone with any authority. My point is that: The size of main bonding conductors was raised to 10mm² because the DNOs failed to maintain their cables properly so that the main bonding conductor might have to conduct high current in the event of a fault. If...

    Are these C2s or C3s

I don't think that is correct. After all how would it ever be damaged by heat until it was needed? It is something that should be corrected when work is carried out.

    Room Thermostat wiring help needed...

I still think that is part of the thermostat internal wiring. There aren't any coloured diagrams. I only added "Red" because that is the colour used by the OP to terminal 3. Still can't see any blue sleeving.

Now I have posted that diagram, I think Eric was right. I will amend my previous post.

    Room Thermostat wiring help needed...

That doesn't make sense. I don't see any blue sleeving. I think that red is part of the thermostat. It is this diagram: but terminal 3 is Live - Red - in all the diagrams

If the NC is not needed then the wiring could be rearranged at the other end of the cable to include Neutral.

    Cable size and diversity

Another? Clearly nonsense on both parts. Are they not more efficient than traditional hobs? Doesn't that mean they use LESS power? So why would they need MORE? Even IF there were no DF on an induction hob, why would 10mm² be required?
