Most Bosch machines I have looked at with failing to heat the water are due to the heater relay on the PCB failing. Alot of the time it has been pretty obvious as at least one solder joint on the PCB relay has failed or dry jointed. Re-solder and ok after.

Check the heater for continuity it should be around 26 ohms through the element, Check the connections on the heater, thermister and PCB are all ok and clean. If all is ok you may have a PCB fault (Heater relay circuit failure)

Thats the model number W545K6142B0GB but I don't recognise that one and it does not come up on bosch support. ? On the inside of the door or porthole surround should be a sticker with the model number on and the FD number.
