    without seeing the system most engineers would advise on the increase in pipework size. 15 can feed 6-10kw depending on many factors which thoses with brains and a need can tell you about.

    most importantly the cold needs to be kept at a low temp for health and condensation so along as the energy in the heated pipework does not heat up the cold it should be fine. If the runs are quite long then lagg them.

    no, the discharge pipework can be routed under floors, inside walls but it must have a fall. check out building regs part g and cylinders manufacturers instructions. the discharge pipework must terminate in a safe visable location at low level to be safe.

    on new builds its quite common for the svp to vent to a tile vent, you just hope the tiler puts it near the stack ive had to run 110mm about 6m before then connect flexi to tile vent. the way you have it now should be fine if its securely fixed.

    they are alot better, the vogue is very good. they have had a few issues with hex leaks but get fixed under warranty most makes and models have a period of specific problems, same with cars and many other things.

    you may find that before your paint allowed your plaster to absorb some moisture and now its sealed over with new paint, that and the fact this winter seems alot worse then normal for condensation. well it seem it in my house.
