Just wanted some clarification on how to identify the keypads on my Dimension 96. On Bus a, i have expander1, expander 2, touchcenter 1. on bus b, i have keypad1, touchcenter 2. Is there a way on the keypad/touchcenter to identify which keypad is which? I had tamper alarm go off on Keypad 021.

Thanks, so far no problems since ufh went off, but will have to wait and see tomorrow, gonna turn ufh in kitchen down so wait and see... Most defo next step will be an electrician, regardless of heating, if it is the heating then I need to disconnect the current two ends of the ring and test...

At the time of the above post (approx 1 hour ago) I turned ufh in the kitchen off, floor has cooled down a bit, reset MCB and all was fine... Plugged back in most items and see how it goes, left garden disconnected for now

Thanks for the updates all, Clarification on current position : Outside socket has nothing plugged in, and as of now, nothing is plugged into any socket on the ring! RCD is working as normal - this one is either on or off, no mid position in my one. My father in law had mixture of user error...

Just to update for those who may be interested, with a 7w led lamp, the emergency light stayed on for approx 7 hours from full charge to shut off due to low power... It's still available from the store but the link changed...

Thanks for the reply taylortwocities. They are wylex rcd's either on or off, no middle So far moved fridge freezer to another circuit, the other circuit not tripped so not likely to be those two, two of the three led transformers isolated and still tripped.... One isolated and waiting... 6...

I've reset the RCD, maybe user error or fault was still present, it didn't reset during the day, but did when I got home. MCB tripped for kitchen ring, so I removed fridge and freezer to different circuit... I've also unplugged two transformers, dishwasher and insinkerator... Now waiting...

Noted above, Some times its just the MCB, others its both MCB and RCD. looks like it will be a long night ahead...

Afternoon all, My kitchen ring has over the last week been tripping inconsistantly, sometimes taking the RCD down with it, other times just the mcb for that circuit. I suspect that the outside socket which has a fused spur off the ring may be getting wet in this recent wind/water weather event...

Never mind - found that you need additional hardware - Honeywell A079 ~£25 to make use of second battery - if only they told you that in the manual!
