    Harry good idea. Although before DOS I would put the IP address into my browser to see if the printer has a webpage showing its connection (and often ink levels).

    Can you get printer to show you hat IP address it is connected to? You sometimes press a button and it does a test print saying of it is connected to router and to what IP address. Then try and get install printer to look at that IP address.

    Note that if there is space I often add, where the hinges will be, a block of wood inside the door liner (between the liner and wall) . This allows for longer screws to be used. Or rather that the screws will have more thickness of wood to be screwed into.

    The 'screw driver's settings are the numbers. You use these numbers to set how far into the wood/wall you put the screw so you do not bury the screwhead too deeply into the wood. I set it through trail and error so the screw heads are flat to top of wood surface. Not sure about the dash marks...

    Their lifetime likely be reduced when they do not have a suitable 'heatsink' to dissipate their heat if directly sunk into a wood channel. But they are often used in this manner. And never 100% sure on actual heat dissipation when using a metal channel. So likely okay for the described DIY...
